| I lent my friend £1000 over a year ago, she agreed to pay back £60 per month, She has only paid back £340 in 16 months, we do not see each other or speak any more, I sent her a letter threatening to go to solicitor (she put £100 through my letter box) that was nearly two months ago. Nothing since. What can I do ? |

| My girlfriend and I bought a house for 90k approx 4-5 months ago. The 9k deposit was made up from 3k (joint), 3k (loaned from my parents) and 3k (loaned from her parents). Therefore the mortgage is for 81k. As we have split how much would I have to pay her to buy her out and I would I still need to pay her parents or would this be included in the buy out amount? How are the contents split? ? |
