Current opportunities include those in the South East which require you to be eligible for DVA Security Clearance and a UK resident for at least the last 3 years.

Management Trainees

Management Trainees should be operating over and above a function’s existing headcount – operating flexibly to enable learning and development to take place. University Of Brighton South East England Afriso Eurogauge Ltd, in collaboration with the University of Brighton, is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated graduate to play a major role in a two year strategic change management project.
The project is to implement organisational and cultural change in Afriso Eurogauge to enable it to move from a product focused paradigm to become more competitive through an improved customer focus promulgating throughout the business.
Afriso Euogauge is based in Crawley, West Sussex and is the English subsidiary of the German company Afriso Euro-index. The company's current focus is on the engineering application of level measurement and control equipment for liquids, powders and granular materials for industry and environmental protection, based on a comprehensive range of level measuring products. Key market sectors include marine applicatioins and separator manufacturers.
This post, as part of the government's Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) scheme, will offer the successful candidate the oportunity to gain experience of working in the level sensing design and manufacture industry and to obtain specialist training in market and business analysis, culture change, continuous improvement methodologies and technology management.
Key attributes: Bachelors degree at 2:1 or above in Operations Management or similar subject, an ambition for and ability to take ownership of a significant change management project. A postgraduate qualification in a relevant area such as business management would be an advantage, as would a relevant industrial placement or other industral experience.
