Located in south manchester close to public transport links unicom are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to work in our credit control department.
The Role
As a credit controller you will join a team of 15-20 people making outgoing phone calls to customers. Key duties will include; chasing payment by telephone and correspondence; resolving customer invoice queries; and ensuring the collection of all outstanding monies via direct debt, credit cards, cash payments and BACS.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants should ideally have experience working in a credit control positions. Applicants who have gained experience within sales environments, customer services and customer retentions are also welcome to apply. Strong communication and negotiation skill are essential and target driven, self motivating individuals will thrive in this role. Full training on use of our database systems will be provided.
Benefits
£12000 - £14000 starting salary (dependent on experience)
