Located in south manchester close to public transport links unicom are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to work in our customer services department.
The Role
As the first point of contact for all Unicom customers we require confident and empathetic individuals to join our customer services department. As a predominantly inbound department your role will be to resolve a range of customer enquires including billing queries, fault diagnostics and broadband issues. Some outbound calls will be made when necessary, primarily providing fault updates and courtesy calls. In addition you will liaise with wholesale suppliers for fault resolutions and engineer appointments. This role offers excellent variety and the opportunity to develop your skills.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants should ideally have experience working in customer service roles. Applicants should be able to demonstrate excellent customer care and service skills and an ability to build rapport with customers. Strong organisation skills and an ability to multi task are also necessary. Full training on use of our database systems will be provided.
Benefits
£12000 - £14000 starting salary (dependent on experience)
Excellent personal incentive bonus scheme (Up to 10% salary bonus per year)
